Sr. Business Analyst/ Account Manager

Job Description:

The Senior Business Analyst / Account Manager cum Customer Success Executive will be responsible for analyzing business processes, managing key client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, foster client relationships, and ensure successful project delivery and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:
• Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and system specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to business processes.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions.
• Ensure that business requirements are translated into functional specifications for IT development.

Account Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports.

Customer Success:
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor client usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Proactively address customer issues and resolve conflicts.
• Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to drive product and
service improvements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related
field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, account management, and/or customer success roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer success.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
